"I have been riding for about two years on the street and three on the dirt. With multiple bikes to maintain I need a knowledgable and avaliable staff to keep my "fleet" on two. With Craven County I can come in drop off a bike and know that it is in the best possible hands. The service department is top shelf. I couldn't ask for a better price or team to work with. With the parts counter.... if they don't have it in stock they can and WILL get it! Those folks are awesome. Honestly I couldn't ask for more. If I am willing to trust my life riding on a machine they service I think it makes them atleast worth taking a look at. "

Well Jeffrey, this is Chris hiatt the sales manager here at Craven County Motorsports. I was browsing through some customer leads and seen a comment that was not posted on our site from you back on 8/26/2009 on our site. As I read the comment noticed that your comment stated ("I find it interesting that the only testimonial you have posted on your website includes a jab at my store or maybe one of our sister stores.). At no point did any of my employees leave that testimonial on my site to try to make Britt Motorsports Inc. look bad or a "Cheap Shot" as you stated in anyway. It was a honest post from a customer, and our web host does not list customers last names on our site with more information that is needed. I know the customers last name and email anlong with other information via if the customer fills in as you are probably aware as the same on the back end of your website. So please reframe from making assumptions from post on our websites if a customer leaves a neg comment on your website about our store. That is his/her oppinion at which no point would I take a course to try to find and make it look like anyone from your store or peoples are doing somthing intentionally and wouldn't assume to try to make a "Web Bashing War". We do conduct our selves in a professional mannor and we do not talk bad about your store in any way. Athough I cannot say the same for the customers that have came in here speaking on your store about certain situation and we reframe from stating anything to fuel the situation.

"I find it interesting that the only testimonial you have posted on your website includes a jab at my store or maybe one of our sister stores. I also notice that "Jordan" did not list his last name to give me any opportunity to reconcile whatever issue he had with my store. Usually when complainers don't list last names or contact information it is simply fabricated or they just don't want the issue resolved. So my assumption is that it is a cheap shot posted by your web person or another employee at Craven County. Lets continue a good working relationship and not start a web bashing war.
